Your Responsibilities

The work primarily involves participating in the ongoing production work with the injection molding machines and tools used in plastic production. Changing tools and related work with the machine's auxiliary equipment will be the central part of the job, but optimizing setup times, product quality, production processes, and machine data, as well as ongoing and preventive maintenance, will also be included. Participation in the design and development of injection molding tools may also be relevant.

The job requires you to contribute to the development of yourself and our existing staff into the future setters and operators.

Applicants should be willing to primarily work our evening shift, but other shifts may also occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a technical education at least at the high school level and experience in production technology work. Education or experience in improvement work as well as programming of machines and robots is a merit.

We place great importance on finding the right person with the right attitude. As a person, you are flexible, responsible, and engaged. The work requires you to have the ability to work independently, take your own initiatives, and find solutions while also being able to collaborate easily in a team. You are meticulous and good at planning and organizing your work. Furthermore, you have good technical skills, problem-solving abilities, are ambitious, and care about doing a good job. Attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and a focus on quality are essential to succeed in the role. You must have the ability to read and understand product drawings that guide quality assurance.

Forklift and/or overhead crane licenses are advantageous, as well as computer skills in business systems.

Duration

Permanent full-time employment immediately or as agreed.
